Very Pleased Again!
This was our second experience buying a car from Capital Motor Group and once again, the sales team, including Lester and our finance person Nick, really made this experience an easy and certainly enjoyable one. I would certainly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a high quality used vehicle and looking for a hassle free sales experience.

Got a call from Jim after I listed the car pm MP he came out and gave me an honest evaluation of the car! We didn’t come to a deal at this point but after some back and forth we came to common ground’s! It was an easy transaction dropped of the car got my check and walked out the door!

Happy With the Whole Experience
My salesman, Les Miller, was very professional and friendly. He took care of everything with no problems. There were no surprises when I got to the dealership!!! The car looked exactly as it did in the photos and video. Have not had any problems with the car either.

No pressure sale
My son just purchased his first vehicle from Capital Motor Group. Very smooth transition from the start when Erin communicated very clearly via email and Juan was a knowledgeable sales rep. Everything went ahead of schedule and they even replaced some additional equipment that was needed when they performed their final inspection prior to delivery.

Wonderful Selling Experience
Dealt with Jim gave him my selling price which I felt was fair. After reviewing my truck test drive and service records he gave me exactly what I was asking for. Nice people
My husband had an car totalled in December. We finally got our total loss insurance information. My husband first went to the dealer he bought the car that was totalled..they were rude and offered no help. He decided to go a little further and came by Capital Motors. They offered assistance, advice and basically did all the right things . They were nice.. He bought a replacement car from them. It would nice if all car dealers could deal with customers the way they did. Yes I would recommend this dealership

Outstanding salesman
I just bought a charger from capital motor group and could not be happier! Our salesman Les Miller was outstanding. He worked with us every step of the way to help me get the car that I wanted for a price I could of afford. Unlike most car salesman he didn’t think about himself and making his money he cared about if this would work for me through car payment and insurance payment. He was absolutely great and I highly recommend seeing him if you need a car!!!!

This was fast and easy, I submitted a NADA cash offer, I received a favorable offer, I made a deal, and they cut me a check, this was stress free and a no brainer. Great Experience All Around

Saw a Ram truck on Cargurus and sent an email regarding my interest. I was contacted by Capital Auto Group within 4 business hours and scheduled a time to look at the truck. Nick at Capital Motor Group Rocks
Myself and my husband, Kevin, came into Capital Motor Group on a Tuesday right around 5pm, they close at 7. Anyone buying a car knows it’s not a 5 minute process. Well Nick was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us get into a newer to us, car. We were recently at a “different new car dealership” on Saturday and the experience was absolutely atrocious. Nick made us feel more than comfortable and helped us every step of the way. He was honest and even gave his personal cell phone if we had any other questions, WHO DOES THAT?! You know that you are in good hands. I was in the market for a used 4 door wrangler as my current 2 door was too small. After searching out of state and getting stuck waiting even after I dropped my insurance and took off my plates I decided to stop at Capital Motor Group. I am very glad I did, I am in the automotive industry and know what to look for, what I wanted and what to expect so all I really wanted was a dealer that was genuine. This place is exactly that, they offer you friendly service and they really care about selling you a vehicle that you love. No pushy gimmicks, just genuine sales team. Where do I start... Great dealer
I went to around 6 dealers before trying Capitol motor group and it was night and day. Every other dealership seemed to try and push a higher priced car on me almost immediately. Here they gave me the keys and let me look and test drive without any pressure! They answered my questions and were honest and forthcoming with the price ( which was refreshing). After purchasing my car it started making some noises in the front end whenever I hit a bump like something was loose. I called them up dropped it off at their mechanic and it was fixed and ready to go in one day all covered by Capitol motors with no questions asked! Absolutely a great experience and a great dealership! My sister recommended me and I will pass this place on to anyone that is looking for a used car!

A Pleasant Used Car Buying Experience!
Earlier this month, I took my daughter to Capitol Motor Group in Medford to shop for a used car. We asked Nick, the sales agent to show us cars in our price range and he immediately gave us the keys to three potential vehicles. He then left us to look at the cars and then got our choice for a test drive, all without any pressure. Needless to say, our choice was made, and my daughter was thrilled. They fixed any concerns about the car prior to picking up & signing the sales agreement, which was seamless. Definitely ask for Nick when you go, you won't be disappointed! Thank you!

Best car dealer out there hands down. Jim gave me top dollar for 2 cars traded in and a fair deal on a new truck was in and out of there in a few hours. Nick was also a great financial guy made all the numbers work and was straight up. Highly recommend this business. I would only trust them for any car purchase. I recently was in an emergency situation after my engine seized....like desperately-need-a-car-using-a-rental-everyday..My friend and I walked into Capital Motor Group and Les happened to be working and I AM SO GLAD he was..I originally was so confused about what I was even going to do.. he explained financing to me, and not in the "car salesman" vibe, in a very relatable way. After that we went outside and looked at 4 different cars that were in my price range, and I fell in love with red 2013 Ford Focus. My dad went to see it the next day and we were sold. I had my Dad's help with the process, and on the day we went down to finalize everything even he said he had never been through such a simple & easy process. No extra fees, everything laid out, you don't need to worry about buying a used car here, they are upfront and honest at Capital (because you know how it can go.) The first place I had went to was a disaster and it almost turned me off to the whole thing. Ultimately, it was such a wonderful experience.. the next time I need to buy a car now will have to live up to this one! Thank you Les!

Walked in with far from perfect credit thinking I was dreaming after other dealers shot me down. The team at Capital Motor Group did not treat me like just another person with bad credit walking in. Instead, they welcomed me with open arms and sat down with me to determine my needs and exactly what would work for me in my budget. Nick and Les were able to get me into a car that was in my price range and I was even able to drive off the lot same day! I'm really glad i didn't give up after the way I was treated at other places. I started looking for a car and went to many dealerships. Most of them played games with pricing and tried to pressure me into test driving and purchasing the car right away. My experience with Capital Motor Group was a breath of fresh air. I found the car online and it was exactly as described, and Nick, my sales rep answered all my questions without any hesitation, he offered to show me the car fax, and didn't use ANY high pressure tactics. He didn't call, email or pester me. I came back the next day and he gave me a great deal on my car. Picking it up was fast and easy, and when a very minor problem developed, he handled it quickly and effortlessly. He really was a stand up guy! I can't recommend this dealership enough. I have even referred three of my friends, who are looking for a good deal, to speak to Nick.

I was extremely impressed with the quality and honesty I received from this dealership. I was in a tough position in need of a second auto loan due to an accident and not having the best credit. I knew I was either in for a challenge or ready to get bent over by a dealership and I found myself to be wrong. Les was my salesman and he stayed late multiple times for me to make a decision on not only a fantastic low miles vehicle but my dream car. A mustang GT California special. I was given a very reasonable interest rate given my credit and I was also given an extended warranty without adding to the price of my payments. These guys are extremely down to earth and I have purchased many cars from many dealerships and to be completely honest, this experience was my favorite. Les was honest, caring and extremely knowledgeable about the cars he was selling.
